PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- IP67ProtectionRate:The connection parts of the centre body,cover and other parts of the pneumatic actuator are equipped with high- quality sealing ring which enables the protection rate reach IP67 and it can work stably in the harsh environment.
- NAMURMounting: The accessories mounting of pneumatic actuators are all in accordance with NAMUR which is convenient for mounting accessories such as limit switch box and positioner and so on.
- ISO Connection Dimension: The flange dimension of the connection between pneumatic actuator and valve is in accordance with ISO 5211 international standard,which is convenient for customers to install,disassemble and replace.
- Security Spring Module: The spring module is fixed ina unitary form after the spring has been compressed which improves the operational convenience and safety in the installation and maintenance of the spring module.

MULTI-FUNCTION MODULES
Drive Module:
1、The material of the body and the yoke are ductile iron which has better corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance and high separation performance.
2、The limit device can provide an angle adjustment of+6°.
3、It can provide maximum torque output of 220000Nm.
4、It has a variety of sealing methods and it selects high-performance seals which produced by high quality manufacturers to ensure that internal parts are not corroded and thus improve the life span.
Cylinder Module:
1、The cylinder is made of seamless steel pipe and honed.The inner wall of the cylinder is plated with hard chrome and polished.Its anti-corrosion,anti-rust and high abrasion resistance performance can prolong the life span of the cylinder.
2、The material of the piston rod is alloy steel and the surface is chrome-plated and mirror-finished which enables it has excellent anti-corrosion,anti-rust and high abrasion resistance performance.
3、The overall design of the cylinder makes the it safe even under high pressure.
4、The inner surface of the cylinder is coated with high performance grease which can automatically lubricate and thus reduce friction and loss and prolong life span.
Spring Module:
1、The manufacturer has implemented the tensile and fatigue test which approve the spring life span can reach up to 500,000 times and its surface.
2、The design structure of seal welding enhances the operational safety. is anti-corrosion and anti-rust.
3、Epoxy coating continuously provides anti-corrosion protection for pre-stressed springs.
